Campaign Manager

The Role:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to join our team. This role is central to the development and execution phases of our marketing campaigns, requiring a blend of analytical skill and understanding the specific requirements of each business.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:

Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements related to target personas.
Utilise LinkedIn Sales Navigator with expertise to identify leads that precisely meet client needs.
Ensure the highest standards of data quality, prioritising accuracy and consistency.
Continuously improve data management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Campaign Management:
Manage marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
Conduct regular evaluations to ensure campaigns are supported by sufficient data, are operational, and all communications
are executed flawlessly.
Monitor campaign performance closely, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on campaign progress and results.

Key Requirements:

Experience in data management and/or marketing campaign management.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and insights for campaign improvement.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
