We are a standby call center for an Insurance Company. In the event of a disaster, we need competent, experienced inbound customer service call center agents.
Full Time US Eastern Standard Time 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT - FLUENT IN ENGLISH SPANISH
Must have reliable & and high-speed internet, PC, headset, microphone, and a quiet work area.
Typical Day includes:
750 Attend a daily huddle meeting via MS Teams
800 Begin Answering Calls
Noon - 1230 Lunch
1230 Resume Answering Calls
445 - End Taking Calls
450 - Shift End
This job is answering calls to help people initiate insurance claims. You login to our phone system and then start a claim in an online portal.
I've been in the call center business for 30+ years.
These positions could become permanent and might transfer to working directly for the Insurance Company.
My longest-tenured contractor through Upwork has been full-time employed by me for 5+ years.
