**Job Summary: Remote Patient Care Coordinator**
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This role is pivotal in providing outstanding care management and support to patients from the comfort of your home. As a Remote Patient Care Coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and supportive healthcare experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the main liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies.
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up care virtually.
- Educate patients about other necessary information before their appointment
- Utilize electronic health records systems to document patient interactions, track progress, and update patient information accurately.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the care process, ensuring patient satisfaction and quality service.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information as per HIPAA regulations.


**Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and patience.
- Proficiency in using healthcare systems and comfortable with technology used is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

This job is answering calls to help patients set up appointments, answer other inquiries, and do other tasks related to patient care. You log in to our phone system and then start assisting patients.

Working Hours:
8am - 5pm (EST)
10am - 7pm (EST)
11am - 8pm (EST)
Possibility of working on Saturdays as well.
