Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist client's or other stakeholder's inquiries
- Direct the inquiries to respective parties
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients
- Ensure client satisfaction, and loyalty, and drive business growth
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly
- Develop strategies to retain clients and enhance loyalty
- Participate in meetings where the presence of the Client Relations department is needed and carry out the tasks outlined during the meeting
- Address and reply to clients who have submitted their reviews on our Google Business Page

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in BPO or Customer Service is a plus
- Familiarity with the US Real Estate market is beneficial
- Able to work in the US Eastern Time Zone (EST), from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (40 hours weekly, inclusive of a daily 1-hour unpaid break)
- Stable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace
- Familiarity with "Follow Up Boss" or “Zillow” is a plus
- We use screenshot monitoring on our VAs
