Our Company is a leading exterior cleaning home service company committed to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. We're currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our customer service team, supporting our mission to exceed customer expectations.

Position Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant serving as a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in managing and responding to customer inquiries, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring our clients receive the outstanding support they deserve. This remote position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in administrative tools like Google Sheets, and the ability to monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
-Answering and managing incoming calls and emails, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
-Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the customer service team.
-Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases in Google Sheets with sensitivity to confidentiality.
-Preparing reports on customer service activities and KPIs to track performance and identify improvement areas.
-Assisting with the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
-Collaborating with the team to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service experience.
-Performing additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
-Ability to record and analyze data, preparing comprehensive reports on findings.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Previous experience in a management role is a significant plus.
