A fast-paced technology-driven property management and real estate company seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative CSR!
Summary of essential job functions:
?Answering calls from current and potential customers
?Scheduling repairs with staff and vendors
?Routing calls to the appropriate department
?Ask for positive reviews on social media
?Documenting the entire process in the database (Vantaca)
?Following up with the customer to make sure the job is complete
?Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
?Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
?Provide accurate, valid, and complete by following company guidelines and procedures.
?Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
?Build sustainable relationships and trust with internal and external customers through open interactive communication.
?Keep detailed records of interaction and communication with customers.
?Assist with any other duties as needed
Required Skills/Qualifications:
?Strong written and verbal communication skills
?Advanced computer skills, Microsoft office, Windows Operating System, etc.
?Relevant work experience in a professional office environment. Property Management field preferred but not required
?Proficient reporting skills
?Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
?Problem Solving skills
?Ability to work full time 40 hours a week following US Eastern Timezone.
