Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant specializing in CRM and Social Media Management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our customer interactions and online presence. You will be responsible for managing our CRM databases, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and driving engagement through strategic social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Monitor, manage, and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with company goals.
Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms
Analyze social media metrics to gauge success and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to coordinate campaigns and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with CRM and social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, CRM Administrator, or similar role.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
