The Role

KITSCH is looking for a highly motivated and skilled CRM and Retention Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer data, creating targeted marketing campaigns, and implementing retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and drive revenue growth.

Location: Full-time Remote Work

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a customer segmentation model to effectively target marketing campaigns and promotions
Analyze customer behavior, trends, and preferences to identify opportunities to improve customer retention and satisfaction
Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, segmentation, and personalized messaging
Utilize data analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights to improve future campaigns
Develop and implement a loyalty program to incentivize repeat purchases and increase customer engagement
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency in customer messaging and experience
Monitor and report on key retention metrics, such as customer lifetime value, churn rate, and customer satisfaction
Continuously research and implement new technologies and tactics to improve customer retention and increase revenue growth


Core Competencies and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field
2+ years of experience in CRM and retention analytics
Strong analytical skills and experience working with customer data
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
Experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of retention best practices and trends in customer engagement and loyalty programs
