CPA (accountant) with Good people skills

Apologies to those that applied to my last 2 jobs, the response was overwhelming so I dUpgrade to see actual info to be more specific here to really attract the right person.

I am after a CPA (qualified accountant) who is also comfortable dealing with people and helping run this small business.

This is a full time role as I do want you to answer incoming calls as well as make calls following up on leads etc.

I do have things in place to make this job easy so you should have a good work life balance once we get things back on track.
If you have Xero experience please let me know as I was using it previously, so you will need to be familiar with it to get tax and payroll up to date. Moving forward I have Thriday in place so we will use this to help with that work load.

Good conversational English is important also so I will need to hear a short recording of your voice. (I am in Australia)

I am after an accountant with a good business brain and wants to help run and grow a small business. I want someone to make it their own with suggestions and processes and the financial smarts to back up their thoughts. I want an accountant with a personality so they can talk to potential clients and guide them in the right direction.
