Who Are We?
Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our brands. The main one of which is in the gym and fitness category.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a skilled Copywriter to join our team at Nordic Quality. She will be responsible for creating compelling written content for various platforms such as product descriptions, website copy, promotional emails, and advertising campaigns. The main goal is to engage and persuade customers to make purchases by effectively communicating the value proposition of products or services. This involves understanding the target audience, researching market trends, and tailoring the messaging to resonate with potential buyers.

WHAT WOULD THE TASK BE?

- Producing high-quality, non-plagiarized content with images (blog posts, etc.);
- Proofreading blog posts (if written by others);
- Optimize copy, landing pages, and brand websites for search engine marketing
- Write copy for Amazon product listings
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization;
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations;
- Assist the Marketing Manager in analyzing the website analytics to gauge which areas of the site have more and less traffic;
- Assist in coming up with ways to drive more organic traffic to the website;
- Creating internal SOPs from training material provided
- Using various tools to improve our existing articles etc.
- Curate blog articles and suggest which article to feature in an email campaign or social media post
- Plan and prepare an editorial calendar
- Tracking best-performing blog articles
- Utilize AI-powered copywriting tools to generate high-quality content for product descriptions, website copy, promotional emails, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
- Research industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis to inform content strategy and stay updated on best practices.
- Adapt content for different channels and audience segments, maintaining consistency in brand voice and style guidelines.
- Stay informed about advancements in AI technology and copywriting techniques, continuously exploring new tools and methodologies to enhance content creation processes.
- Submit daily and weekly progress reports, and participate in KPI meetings

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to keep learning and improving
- Has experience with Canva
- Has skills in writing high-converting copies
- Meet deadlines and follow instructions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

You must also have the following;
- With a perfectly working device (additional backup is a plus)
- With a reliable internet connection (additional backup is a plus)
- Headphones/earphones (for meetings)
