Compensation Details:
Hourly Rate: $3.25 USD
Additional commission for closed deals
Weekly payments via Wise (every Thursday)
Qualifications:
Proficient English communication skills
Availability for 6-hour shifts within a flexible schedule from 4 AM to 11 AM PH Time ( 1PM-7PM PST )

Job Description:
As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our solar sales team. You will engage with potential customers over the phone to discuss solar energy solutions and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold calling potential leads to introduce our solar products and services
Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and appointments scheduled
Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Familiarity with solar energy or renewable energy industry is a plus
