We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts in the biobuilding and biohacking industry. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the company's goals and vision.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to the marketing team.

Brand Development:
Cultivate and enhance the EnhancedLabs brand identity.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels and touchpoints.

Digital Marketing:
Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Analyze data and metrics to optimize online marketing efforts and ROI.

Product Launches:
Drive successful product launches, including market research, positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Collaborate with product development teams to bring innovative products to market.

Customer Engagement:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Content Strategy:
Lead content marketing efforts, including the creation of compelling and informative content.
Develop a content calendar and distribution plan across various platforms.

Team Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
Monitor and report on marketing performance and KPIs.
Partnerships and Alliances:
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances that can amplify brand reach and credibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, preferably within the health, wellness, or supplements industry.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for health and wellness, with a deep understanding of the biobuilding and biohacking space.
