CEBU OFFICE BASED CSRs and VAs

We are Hiring!

Looking for CEBU BASED CSRs for an Australian Company that is willing to work in a HOME OFFICE.

We are expanding our Team and we are looking for a candidate that can work and function under pressure, flexible with schedule and prefers daytime shift. At least 1 year customer service experience is preferred but not required

Applicants must reside in Lapu-Lapu/Mactan. Cebu City/Mandaue applicants are welcome if willing to travel to site.

What to expect?

- We will need someone full time and flexible with time schedules and day off

- THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE BASED SETTING

- We are taking live customer calls.

- Salary is very competitive and Pay is every other week.

How can you Qualify?

1. Excellent English Communication skills

2. Great customer service skills and background, 12 months call center experience is preferred but not required

3. Intermediate to advanced navigation skills (we use multiplatform web tools for the daily operations)

4. Good self-management skills and values integrity at work

5. Adaptable and can work in a fast-paced environment

6. Dependable. Due to the complexity and fast paced work environment, you may be asked to render additional hours.

7. Must have your own Laptop at least an i5 or PC and a noise cancelling headset with a second Monitor.
