CAD/Blueprints Technician - Windows Design ( (construction plans)

We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our dynamic team in the windows manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints, specifically for window design and installation. This role requires precision and a keen eye for detail to ensure that all projects meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

THE JOB IS SIMPLE AND CAN BE REMOTELY- KNOW HOW TO READ CAD- TYPE THE WINDOWS measurements in our software in order to create an estimate for customers!


### Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction plans and architectural blueprints to assist in window design and layout.
- know how to read CAD with USA measurements to create detailed estimates for window systems.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
- Adjust and revise drawings and layouts to meet changes and enhancements in the construction process.
- Provide technical support and insight during the manufacturing and installation phases of window systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in CAD technology & blueprint plans
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, industry standards, and company policies.

### Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in CAD, drafting, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with CAD software, specifically in the construction or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction blueprints and architectural drawings, with specific experience in windows design preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers across multiple departments.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
- Familiarity with building codes and compliance requirements in the windows manufacturing industry.
