Key Responsibilities:
Optimize and Develop Existing Operations: Enhance daily operations, increase profitability, and strategically expand our e-commerce and rental businesses, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the highest returns.
Explore New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research and develop strategic plans across multiple sectors such as SEO, digital marketing, and investment opportunities, emphasizing sustainable and scalable growth.
Comprehensive Area Management: Oversee projects in areas including, but not limited to, short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO), digital marketing/SEO, investment research, freight transportation, and accounting.
Budget and Resource Management: Efficiently manage budgets and resources, focusing on strategic investments and prioritization to maximize business impact and cost-efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven expertise in business development, SEO, content generation, lead generation, e-commerce management, advertising, and short-term rental management.
Strong communication skills and fluent in English, with the ability to maintain frequent communication with management.
High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results.
