JOB OVERVIEW

Position Title: Business Processes Associate

About the Company: Our company is the largest fire equipment testing company in the United States. We
work with local fire departments across the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest United States, to test their
equipment (primarily fire hoses, ground ladders, and pumps) to ensure they meet all performance and
safety requirements.

It has been growing every year. Last year, we increased our business by over 100% and this year
we are striving to continue growing our team and abilities to ensure we can meet all our customer's
needs. In order to continue growing, we need additional support in hiring and managing our team.
In addition to supporting our local fire departments, our primary goal is to ensure our team
members are working in a safe, professional, and fun environment. We take it very seriously to make
sure that our team has everything they need to complete their job and feel supported in their current
and future roles.

Job Responsibilities: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Back-Office Support to
join our team and assist with the seamless execution of our back-office operations. In this role, you will
play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business processes, specifically focusing on
documenting, improving, and implementing business processes, and
generating and maintaining KPIs for the business. Your commitment to accuracy, organization, and
effective communication will contribute to maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with the existing team to seamlessly identify, define, and improve key business
processes
? Utilize commercial project management and automation tools to improve business processes
(Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, Quickbooks, Outlook, etc.)
? Provide ongoing support to ensure the continued success of the back-office processes

Qualifications:
? Proven experience with similar process improvement endeavors
? Proficiency in using relevant software applications, including common project management and
automation tools (Zapier) , Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving tasks and
responsibilities

additional administrative and virtual responsibilities within the organization.
