Business & Marketing Manager for Membership Group

I am launching membership group for my audience, something that people will be paying a membership fee for. The industry is UK real estate but skills/knowledge is not important here. The key things I need is a business manager and a marketing manager to handle the following Upgrade to see actual infopulsory
Create a dynamic tracker to track income and expenditure and also make projections. Experience creating email marketing campaigns, create facebook ad, instagram ad and tiktok ads that convert.
Good English language speaking and typing
Great organisation skills
Desirable but not compulsory
Creative direction on ads that will convert well
Web design
Video editing
