We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Business Development to join our Airbnb Short-Term Rental (STR) management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate partnerships, increasing sales, growing the business, managing direct bookings, and overseeing website management. This is a remote, full-time position with competitive compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop corporate partnership opportunities to expand our business network.
- Drive sales initiatives to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract direct bookings.
- Manage and optimize our website to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Create and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine business strategies.
- Think creatively to develop innovative solutions and approaches to grow the business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a good accent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Experience with website management and optimization.
- Ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
