JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Franchise Development Specialist. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including tech stack support, brand development, business development, and sales within the franchise sector. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive the growth and success of our franchise network.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tech Stack Support:
* Provide technical support and assistance to franchisees in implementing and optimizing our tech stack, issuing email addresses, CRM software, and other digital tools.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with our IT department or external vendors for resolution.
* Conduct training sessions to ensure franchisees are proficient in utilizing technology platforms effectively.
2. Brand Development:
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop and maintain the brand identity across all franchise locations.
* Implement brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
* Collaborate with franchisees to localize marketing efforts while maintaining brand integrity.
3. Business Development:
* Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities in target markets.
* Conduct market research and analysis to assess market demand, competition, and trends.
* Develop business plans and financial projections to support franchise expansion initiatives.
4. Sales:
* Act as a primary point of contact for prospective franchisees, providing information, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the franchise discovery process.
* Lead negotiations and facilitate the franchise agreement process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new franchisees.

5. Onboarding Franchisees:
* Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new franchisees are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed for success.
* Coordinate training sessions covering operational procedures, brand standards, product knowledge, and customer service protocols.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance during the initial launch phase, including site visits and regular check-ins to address any challenges or concerns.
* Foster a collaborative relationship with franchisees, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for ongoing operational support and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
* Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or related roles within the retail or hospitality industry.
* Strong technical aptitude with experience in supporting and implementing digital tools and systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
* Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
