Hi, I’m Nicki Nabasny and I’m the founder of Beleza Advisors. I launched Beleza Advisors in 2021 because I believe that higher education can change the world, one student at a time. Each year, hundreds of thousands of students attend college, and through earning a degree launch careers and lives of Upgrade to see actual info my case, I met my husband at college, started a career path I love, and met people who challenged me to think differently.

I worked in higher education for more than 20 years, including at two of the top 10 US universities. Most university leaders are often professors and may not have management and leadership skills to best support today’s students.

These institutions are too important to have anything but the best leadership. Beleza Advisors was created to support university leaders to set their vision and strategy, hone their leadership, and deliver for the next generation of students.

** The Role**

You will be my first hire to help grow Beleza Advisors. Your role will be to help get the word out about how we can support leaders and serve as a first point of contact for potential clients.

Key responsibilities:

Building the pipeline
- Research and develop lists of university leaders
- Import lists into CRM/data base
- Track contacts, next steps, Upgrade to see actual info CRM/database

Calendar management

- Scheduling
- Resolving conflicts
- Updating initial appointments with background information

Communications

- Drafting outreach messages
- Building outreach campaigns
- Tracking response rates, conducting A/B testing, helping hone Beleza’s message

Marketing

- Draft LinkedIn posts
- Identify higher education thought leaders and monitor their posts/conversations
- Help me stay on top of major trends and issues in higher education

**The Requirements**
The ideal candidate will have:

Flawless written English. Ability to write at a high level is critical for success.

Resourceful, “figure it out” attitude. We are building this business from the ground up. I need someone who can roll up their sleeves with me, brainstorm, and come up with creative ideas to build our brand. If you don’t know the answer, be willing to dive in, do some research, and start learning.

A passion for higher education. This role should be filled by someone who is motivated by and passionate about how education can transform people’s lives.

Good with tech tools. You must know (or be able to quickly learn on your own) how to use tools such as Pipedrive (CRM), Canva, ChatGPT, and standard office software.
