Business Development Representative (Korean Bilingual)

Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Korean market through research, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and distributors in Korea.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Rose Inc’s offerings and value proposition.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies for the Korean market.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent Rose Inc and generate leads.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring terms are aligned with company objectives.
Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and pipeline status.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in Korea.


Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Bilingual in Korean
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and partners.
Results-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving goals.
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.


Time zone: 9AM-6PM PH Time

Working Hours: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week (Open for part time or full time)

Rate: $1,500- $2,000/month
