JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR)/Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new leads and actively selling Virtual Staffing Agency.


Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our virtual assistant services.
Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and market penetration.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling, sales in BPO, outsourcing agency
Strong prospecting and networking skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with potential clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and deliver results.
Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Sales Navigator and sales tools is a plus.
