Job Title: Virtual Assistant/ Business Development Rep

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Virtual Assistant/ Business Development Rep to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant/ Business Development Rep, you will play a key role in our company's growth and success by providing administrative and business development support to our team. Excellent English writing skills are essential for this role, and knowledge of lead generation processes is a big bonus.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing documents
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
Contact potential clients via email, phone and LinkedIn to introduce our services and schedule meetings
Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients
Manage client CRM systems and keep it up to date with client information
Attend virtual meetings with clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions
Assist with social media management and content creation on LinkedIn.
Provide general support to the team as needed

Requirements:
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant/ Business Development Rep or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Customer support experience

Bonus skills:
Knowledge of Upgrade to see actual info, Upgrade to see actual info is a huge bonus, but not required.
Experience working with LinkedIn lead generation is a HUGE bonus!
