Our client is a leading operator of 160 gas stations across the United States, providing essential services to customers on the go. With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic Social Media and Marketing Manager to join their team and drive digital engagement and brand presence.

Responsibilities:
? Digital Signage Management: Oversee and manage digital signage across all store locations, ensuring timely and relevant content is displayed to enhance customer experience.
? Social Media Management: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. Create compelling content and visuals for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
? Content Creation: Write engaging copy for social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing materials. Maintain brand voice and tone consistency across all channels.
? B2B Marketing: Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategy, focusing on construction updates and project highlights to engage B2B audiences and stakeholders.
? Graphic Design: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create visually appealing graphics and assets for social media posts and marketing materials.
? Analytics and Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance metrics. Adjust strategies as needed to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
? Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitor and industry trends in social media marketing. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
? Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for graphic design tasks.
? Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
? Knowledge of SEO principles and web traffic metrics is a plus.
? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
? Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
? Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions.
? Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
