Bulk Email Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the performance of cold email server infrastructure.

Provide direct support and troubleshoot issues related to server setup, configuration, and maintenance.

Monitor server performance and generate reports on system health.

Educate customers on cold emailing best practices and compliance standards.


Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant technical support experience.

Experience in managing and supporting email servers, especially cold email setups.

Strong understanding of email server software, DNS, DKIM, DMARC, and SPF.

Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
