Brand Support Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager and Product Manager to conduct market research
and identify new training opportunities and trends within the banking, human resources,
education, and nonprofit industries.
? Engage in subject matter expert outreach to recruit new presenters who can deliver valuable
content aligned with CareerLearning's standards and best practices.
? Demonstrate strong written communication skills by working closely with presenters to ensure
that webinar deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
? Partner with ChatGPT and marketing teams to devise alternative promotional strategies aimed at
increasing the visibility and uptake of new webinar offerings.
? Monitor and report on webinar performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, and
feedback, using data to inform future webinar development plans.
? Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and trends in online learning and
professional development to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of our training programs.
? Exhibit excellent project management and organizational skills, managing multiple projects
simultaneously and ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
? Foster strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth
coordination and execution of webinar projects.
? Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in auditing spreadsheets to ensure
accuracy and completeness of data.
? Handle multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision, exercising critical
thinking and independent judgment to resolve challenges as they arise.
? Interface with webinar event systems, production teams, and quality assurance processes to
facilitate seamless webinar execution.
? Conduct follow-up calls with presenters and assist in sending promotional materials to support
marketing efforts.
? Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the Product Development
team.
