Overview:
Pridola Design is seeking a vibrant and dynamic Creative Manager to spearhead our creative department. The ideal candidate will manage all creative aspects of Pridola across our markets and coordinate with various contractors including content creators, image designers, and video editors.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and manage creative systems using Notion.
Coordinate communication between content creators, video editors, and photo editors.
Oversee and organize photo shoots.
Basic editing of photo and video creations.
Develop scripts for creative content.
Conduct market research on effective creative strategies.
Replicate successful creative content based on proven models.

Detail-oriented, precise, and highly organized.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Artistic sensibility.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as CANVA and CAPCUT.(or similar)
