Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper/Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bookkeeping for several clients
Coding of financial transactions into the proper categories
Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards with the monthly statement
Posting of journal entries, where appropriate
Review of income statement and balance sheet to ensure accuracy

2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Identify inconsistencies in data sets (missing data, data duplication, incorrect formatting, etc.)
Utilize advanced functions in Google Sheets to gather, assess, and interpret data.
Convert raw data sets into useful charts in Google Sheet and other Business Intelligence tools

Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and data analysis.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, data analysis, and financial reporting.
Proficient in Google Sheets and QuickBooks Online
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Use of project management tools such as ClickUp to manage multiple projects and tasks
BONUS: basic knowledge of SQL
