We are looking for a highly analytical bookkeeper to help us perform various tasks such as our company's day-to-day financial tasks and payroll.
To succeed in this role, you need to have a comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping, extremely professional, with excellent communication and organizational skills
General Job Description
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
- Reconciling sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month.
- Monitoring financial transactions and reports.
- Processing accounts receivable and payable.
- Processing checks.
- Understanding ledgers.
- Working with an accountant when necessary.
- Handling monthly payroll using accounting software(manual payroll).
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in accounting or business administration.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks.
- At least 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience (US Clients)
- Goal Orientated
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Schedule:
-Monday-Friday
-9am-5pm (Central Time)
