JOB OVERVIEW

Are you proficient in Xero for end to end bookkeeping and have management accounting & reporting experience? We would like to talk with you about working for our company.

Our main business activity is full end to end manufacturing and installing of building components for commercial, hotels, resorts and residential complexes. We service all of Australia with distribution and installation partners in the capital cities, with the main office HQ on the Australian eastern coast looking after the central business functions, as well as coordinating the manufacturing and warehousing in the other states. We have growth plans which start with consolidating and streamlining the current HQ main office functions.

We are looking to hire a bookkeeper/accounting assistant with strong management accounting and reporting background, to work with the HQ main office with the key focus for a. increasing efficiency, b. freeing up key staff time, c. leverage new office staff productivity and d. setting up to expand with safety. You will be working closely with the GM and the Operations Manager.

Your initial task areas will be in the following areas, roles and accountabilities:
• Finance (bookkeeping, arrears, reconciliation, accounts inbox management etc)
• Inventory Management (Stock control, production planning, logistics, etc)
• Reporting (job status, financial, stock, leads/sales pipelines, m/f, other performance metrics, etc)
• Marketing Support (enquiry management: old lead follow up, prepare/send templated responses, quotes, enquiry inbox management etc)

The primary business tools you will be using will be Xero, ServiceM8 and Zoho CRM.

The role is Australian east coast timezone with work times 8am to 5pm AEST (6am to 3pm PHT).
It is fulltime 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
