Bookkeeper for Marketing Company

Hello, I'm looking to hire an experienced part-time bookkeeping with 3-5 hours a week. The first week will require at least 5-10 hours to update our books, and after that, it will take 3-5 hours per week.

The rate is $4.25 per hour.

Must have experience with US-based business.
Must have experience with Quickbooks
Having experience with Zoho Books is a plus.

It would include:

- importing cash receipts into QuickBooks.

- receipts management

- Bank, Credit Card, PayPal & Crypto Reconciliation

- Weekly, Monthly & Year End Reporting

- Management Report with Balance Sheet

- Financial Statements with Cash Flow, Profit & Loss

- Reconcile accounts

- converting Thai baht to USD

- Maintaining Account Receivables & Payable
