Bookkeeper, and Virtual assistant -NY City

We are New York City based Maternal Fetal Medicine practice.

We are looking for FT, 9 am - 5pm EST.
Must have prior experience working virtually with US based companies.
Must have excellent desktop computer with a backup laptop, headset, microphone, internet speed, and a quiet room to work at home.
MUST KNOW QUICKBOOKS.

Candidates should have:

-Strong work ethics and a drive to do the best they can
-Dependability and high integrity
-Excellent organizational skills
-High levels of patience, and attention to detail
-Very strong verbal and written communication skills
-Prefer candidates with knowledge of medical terminology and prior works with US based insurance companies.
