Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a public practice environment within Australia, demonstrating expertise in financial management and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficient management of financial records and transactions including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Skilled in the application of GST laws and regulations, ensuring accurate and compliant processing.
Proficient handling of Hire Purchase and Lease agreements, ensuring precise recording and reporting.
Prepare financial reports and other documentation as required by Senior Accountants or Client Managers.
Communicate effectively with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure transparency and reliability in financial reporting.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a bookkeeping role within an Australian public accounting practice.
Strong working knowledge and experience with Xero accounting software.
In-depth understanding of GST obligations and the ability to manage transactions and reporting accurately.
Demonstrable experience with financial management of Hire Purchase and Lease agreements.
Ability to work independently and meticulously, with minimal supervision.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
