Bookkeeper

We are looking for a part time experienced bookkeeper who is proficient in QuickBooks. Experience in QuickBooks Desktop is a benefit. Must have experience and understand the difference between P&L accounts and Balance Sheet accounts. Please DO NOT apply, if you cannot record bank and credit card transactions, reconcile bank and credit card statements. Record loan transactions, payments, interest, etc. Understand inter-company loan transactions within different QuickBooks file. Record Journal entries, record payroll entries, Bring attention to any duplicate items or out of the ordinary transactions.
