JOB OVERVIEW

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
•You will be responsible for monthly reconciliation of bank accounts / credit card accounts and supporting our Sr Bookkeeper •with bi-weekly invoicing and payroll
•Track incoming payments from affiliate marketing and various income channels
•Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
•Provide assistance with Quickbooks and related spreadsheets to help monitor the health of the business overall
•Collecting, calculating and entering data in order to maintain and update Payroll Information
•Balancing and reconciling Payroll data
•Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
•2+ years of Bookkeeping experience
•1 year of experience in Quickbooks
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, and expertise in Quickbooks is required (you will have to pass a skills test in •Quickbooks)
•Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets for reports, budgeting, etc)
•Experienced in handling Payroll
•Ability to handle confidential information
•Time management Skills
•Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)

TECH REQUIREMENTS:
•Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
•Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed

JOB-TYPE: PART-TIME
•Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 3PM to 7PM CST // Monday to Friday 4AM to 8am PHT
•Salary Range: Php 13,000 - Php 17,500 part time monthly, depending on experience
