- Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Specialized knowledge of trust law and regulations, with experience working with trust accounts and familiarity with fiduciary responsibilities.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meticulously maintain financial records and identify discrepancies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reconcile complex financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and ethical standards in handling sensitive financial information.
- Willing to work in Pacific Time (PST) schedule.
- With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
