Bookeeper

Working hours:
London Hours - 8am to 4pm

Position Overview:
We are in search of an experienced Bookkeeper who is proficient in both NetSuite and QuickBooks to oversee our financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, supporting the financial operations of our diverse range of brands in the food and drink industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting activities using NetSuite and QuickBooks software
Record financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Reconcile bank accounts and maintain balance sheets
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferable
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with preference given to those with knowledge of NetSuite and QuickBooks
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Certification in NetSuite and QuickBooks administration or accounting (preferred)
