JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Spanish-Speaking Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter. As the first point of contact with potential clients, you will be responsible for initiating conversations, identifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, possess exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is a remote position with flexible hours, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in Spanish-speaking regions to generate leads and qualify prospects.
Engage with potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner to promote our products/services and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns, trends, and opportunities.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with potential clients over the phone.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close appointments.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology for remote work.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
