Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual individual proficient in both Spanish and English to join our property management team as a Bilingual Property Manager. While a background in AppFolio is beneficial, it is not required. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support our property management operations and engage with a diverse tenant base.
Responsibilities:
*Tenant Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, providing information about available properties, lease terms, and application procedures in both Spanish and English.
- Respond to inquiries via phone,
- Schedule property viewings and conduct virtual tours for prospective tenants.
*Lease Administration:
- Assist with lease preparation, including gathering required documentation, completing lease agreements, and obtaining signatures.
- Coordinate lease signings and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
-Follow up with prospective tenants to facilitate the leasing process and address any questions or concerns.
*AppFolio Management:
- Utilize the AppFolio platform to manage leasing activities, update property listings, and track applicant information.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the AppFolio system, including tenant information, lease agreements, and rental payments.
- Generate reports and track leasing metrics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
*Bilingual Support:
- Provide bilingual support to tenants and prospective tenants, assisting with language interpretation and translation as needed.
- Translate leasing documents,
- Collaborate with Spanish-speaking tea
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in property management, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional service to tenants and colleagues.
