Are you skilled in navigating the complexities of US insurance benefit verification, eligibility checks, billing, and claims processing? Phoenix Rising Centers is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Benefit and Eligibility Checker/Billing and Claims Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Verify insurance benefits and eligibility for clients
Conduct thorough checks on coverage, deductibles, copayments, and authorizations
Assist in billing and claims processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance guidelines
Communicate effectively with insurance companies and clients to resolve billing issues and claim denials
Maintain detailed records and documentation of insurance-related activities
Collaborate with the billing team to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Requirements:

Experience in benefit and eligibility verification, billing, and claims processing with US insurance companies
Proficiency in navigating insurance portals and databases
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and insurance billing practices
Rate: $4 per hour
