ABOUT US: Black Bella DC® Wellness Center focuses on results driven body and skincare treatments. Our team is comprised of Black Women Entrepreneurs. Services include but are not limited to; Lymphedema Care, Massage Therapy, Professional Skincare & Body Sculpting. Training & Development is a major part of our business.

Our by Globally trained, licensed and dual state certified Massage & Lymphedema Therapist, Owner / Operator Ms. Josei Harris, LMT, CLT creates a personalized treatment plans focused on each client's health & wellness goals. Specializing in; Complete Decongestive Therapy, PostSurgery Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Contouring Treatments for the face and body. Our services include a unique blend of western technologies like radio frequency and ultrasound with traditional eastern massage.

The Black Bella team of massage & skincare professionals is known for its unique entrepreneurial approach to the business of and the passion for continually reinventing the art of service. We lead with compassion, integrity,curiosity and the desire to continuously improve.

Our business is rapidly growing. We are searching for a focused, serious new teaUpgrade to see actual infomber. The role will include daily support to our to physical locations and our virtual training academy.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
*Managing Team Scheduling
*Answering Phone Lines
*Booking & Rescheduling Appointments
*Follow up and Feedback Calls
*Client Appointment Preparation
*Calendar and schedule management for Staff
*Office Supply Management
*Screening and Directing Calls
*Marketing Content Management
*Moderating Conference Calls
*Creating & Editing Documents
*Responding to Sales Inquiries
*Multi-Tasking Regularly


WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE:
*Experience in the beauty and medical spa industry familiar with procedures or a fast learner
*Pleasant speaking in tone
*Willing and eager to help solve issues
*Trusting, dependable, reliable
*Ability to make effective decisions independently
*Must be computer savvy
*Required to work on hubstaff with time tracking, Slack for communications, Square for scheduling, Google Suite and OpenPhone for calls & texts
*Must speak clear fluent English with the ability to articulate their words.
*Must comprehend English with ease
*No noisy backgrounds.
*Clear functioning internet and headset
