Beauty Customer Service Agent

We are currently looking for a customer support agent to help with a beauty brand focused on waxing and hair removal. This will include basic order questions as well as technical questions specific to the products that are offered by the company. We would have approximately 20-40 tickets and calls to be as outbound as well.

We are currently looking for someone to assist from about 830am PST to 5 pm PST - Monday through Friday.
