JOB OVERVIEW

As a Customer Service Agent/Consumer Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer support and assistance. You will be the frontline representative for our brands, interacting with customers to address inquiries related to product information, order assistance, and general e-commerce queries. This position requires a passion for beauty products, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Work Hours 9am to 5pm PST USA Time Zone

Responsibilities:

- Customer Assistance: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels, including email and live chat. Provide accurate information about our beauty products, including ingredients, usage instructions, and availability.

- Order Support: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns. Ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the customer journey.

- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently. Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers as necessary to address complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our product offerings, promotions, and any changes in policies or procedures. Continuously expand knowledge of beauty industry trends to better assist customers.

- E-commerce Support: Help customers navigate our website, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance on the online shopping experience.

- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of customer service excellence while adhering to company guidelines and policies.

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience in beauty and/or cosmetics.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.

- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

- Proficiency in using customer service software, e-commerce platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.

- A genuine interest in beauty products and industry trends.
