THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION AT $2/HR- FULL TIME, 40HRS+ AVAILABLE FOR LONG TERM EMPLOYMENT, STABILITY, GROWTH

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE GOOD AT NUMBERS AND WILLING TO LEARN AND DO SOME DATA ANALYSIS, AND MARKET RESEARCH. ALSO CAN DO SOME MINIMAL HR TASKS, PAYROLL, ETC. WE WILL TRAIN YOU ON EVERYTHING!
LOOKING FOR SOMEONE ASAP- WITHIN THE NEXT 72 HOURS. BE AVAILABLE AND PROMPT IF THIS IS OF INTEREST TO YOU.


FULL TIME POSITION:
Business hours are generally 9a-9p HST
We are not suggesting you need to work 12-hour days but we are looking for someone with Full time availability during those hours.


We are looking for a virtual assistant who can support a growing startup in the real estate and vacation rental space.

We are looking for someone with strong writing skills, aka customer support (both written and verbal but written is more important). Organizational skills, task management, strong propensity toward implementation.

We are looking for someone with strong data entry (accuracy) abilities but also adaptable to a variety of other tasks.

CHARACTER TRAITS include but are not limited to:
-DETAIL ORIENTED: Accuracy is transcribing information. For instance, we can not accept schedule errors typos, or errors in documentation, bookkeeping, etc
-EFFICIENT: Would like to find someone who can quickly implement ideas and get them done efficiently without errors.
-Reliable and can work without supervision
-Great communication skills: via email, text, or phone. No grammatical errors, typos, or sloppy text.
-Can problem-solve and is willing to discuss improved methodology or approach
-Has a sense of urgency
-Can work independently and without too much handholding. We will give guidelines and share ideas and expectations, though.
-Is very professional and adaptable to company culture.
-Is VERY adaptable and flexible to adjust to changes. We are constantly evolving and looking to improve and not afraid to change for the better. If you like rigid guidelines and need consistency in the way you work, this is NOT for you.
-Can learn software easily and efficiently (we will also guide you).

-POSITIVE ATTITUDE, HIGH ENERGY, HIGH ENTHUSIASM. We want to UPLIFT each other as we build a company.
-HARDWORKING, CAPABLE, OPEN TO NEW IDEAS.

In general, we want someone adaptable, versatile, and willing to learn new skills.

TASKS include but are not limited to:
- PROACTIVE, SENSE OF URGENCY
-DATA ENTRY
-KEEPING STAFF ON TRACK OF WORK OPERATIONS
-ORGANIZATION

We require strong time management skills, pre-planning, and the ability to send timesheets with daily end-of-shift reports and full documentation.



Note: The founder is very picky and has a standard of excellence that you may or may not be used to. We need someone very good at taking feedback and pushing themselves to be excellent in their work.

TIPS: The founder seriously hates typos and lack of punctuality. Poor writing skills aren't acceptable. No need to apply if you're prone to typing errors or if you're chronically late.
Check your proposal for any typos. If there are typos in your proposal, your submission will be automatically deleted.

All hires start with a two-week trial. We want to make sure you're a good fit for us and vice versa as we tend to do our best to take care of our staff once fully hired.

If you're hired for trial... DO NOT BE LATE. It will lead to the abrupt end of the contract.
Do not be sloppy. Ask for clarification if something is UNCLEAR.
Take good notes. The trial is just to see if you have foundational skills, a good attitude, and a good personality. A lot of the training materials are provided. You just need to be punctual and work diligently, be careful with typing and it should be fine!

ATTITUDE: SEEKING POSITIVE, UPBEAT, and FUN personality. This is the company culture and even though we work very hard at the highest level, we do want a team that can also enjoy virtual activities together.
