Description:

Seeking a proactive and results-driven Freelance B2B Prospecting Virtual Assistant with expertise in LinkedIn to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for List Building on LinkedIn, identifying and engaging with potential B2B clients or partners to expand our network and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough research on LinkedIn to identify potential B2B decision makers and stakeholders within our target market
2. Build and maintain a database of qualified leads by collecting relevant contact information and company details.
3. Create lead lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
4. Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn messages, personalized connection requests, and emails to initiate conversations and establish relationships
5. Utilize LinkedIn search filters and advanced search techniques to effectively narrow down the target audience
6. Track and report on key metrics and performance indicators related to lead generation and prospecting activities

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, with a focus on B2B prospecting and lead generation.
Expertise in using LinkedIn for business development and prospecting purposes.
Strong research skills and the ability to navigate LinkedIn's platform to identify potential leads.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage with prospects effectively.
Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
