Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive and dynamic B2B Account Manager to join our ambitious team. This role involves generating new customer leads, nurturing client relationships, onboarding new customers, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients to expand our customer base.
- Conduct outreach through emails, calls, and social media to introduce Tradingfeed and set up demonstrations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and walkthroughs to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Handle customer queries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and help shape future product enhancements.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a B2B Account Manager, preferably in the tech or trading sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
