Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless booking process for our customers and maximize appointment bookings.

Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers to schedule appointments for automotive sales
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
- Maintain a detailed record of appointments and customer information
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Meet or exceed appointment booking targets and goals

Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive appointment setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of automotive services and terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software or tools
