Automation and Technical VA

We are looking for our next Instagram growth agent! I have been in the business for the past 7 years and have supported over 100 clients in driving organic Instagram growth.

Tasks to accomplish:

- Manage Instagram customer accounts on our growth software (web-based software)
- Manage the relationship with our customers on a daily basis (emails, messages, etc.)
- Ensure good results for our clients in terms of growth (check their accounts daily)
- Manage the API access of our SAS and the Server and Settings to our system
- You will be in direct contact with the technical team in the systems location.

Qualifications:

- MS Excel/Google Sheets wizard
- Be comfortable with computer tools
- Past experience with social media automation
- Understands what the words "proxies, RPA, API aso." means
- Technical understanding- quick learning - out of the box thinking and - common sense thinking
- Be motivated, curious and have the desire to learn
- Be organized and responsible for your actions
- Have a good internet connection
