Key Responsibilities:

Automating Workflows with Zapier: Utilize Zapier (or similar platforms) to automate workflows and integrate various applications, enhancing efficiency and productivity across client accounts.

Translating Sales Processes into Actionable Insights: Adapt and comprehend the sales processes of our clients, effectively translating and digesting information to deliver actionable insights.

Mastering Upgrade to see actual info for Strategic Collaboration: Gain a deep level of knowledge around Upgrade to see actual info to enhance your ability to collaborate with clients to set clear objectives and develop account strategies.

Efficient Project Management for Automation: Provide aid in project management to effectively plan, organize, and execute automation projects within defined timelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration for Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and specifications for automation projects.

Loom Video Training for User Proficiency: Providing Loom video training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of the built automation.

Optimizing Processes through Automation: Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline existing processes by leveraging automation tools and techniques.

Staying Current in Data Visualization and Automation Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in data visualization and automation to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify automation discrepancies.
Experience with Zapier and complex automation
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive problem-solving ability and a commitment to process improvement.
Familiarity with Upgrade to see actual info or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
