Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate provisioning and configuration of cloud resources.
Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes to ensure scalable and reliable deployment of applications.
Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of applications and infrastructure using monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or CloudWatch.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new software releases into production environments.
Implement automated testing frameworks and practices to ensure high-quality code and reduce manual testing efforts.
Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure configurations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies to continually improve processes and systems.
Implement robust security practices and compliance measures within the automation and DevOps workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation, infrastructure, and deployment processes.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Automation Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Strong understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or CloudWatch.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Understanding of automated testing frameworks and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A continuous learning mindset and openness to exploring new tools and technologies in the DevOps and automation space.
